Using Express Blower® Trucks, Top Spray can install growing medium directly onto the roof of buildings designed and reinforced for green roof construction.  Other methods require the materials to be brought onto the roof, however, with Top Spray's pneumatic application, the truck can park beside the building and run hose from the ground directly to the roof.  Installation is fast, efficient and accessible.  Green roofs are widely recognized for the environmental benefits they bring - insulation and energy savings within the home plus increased biodiversity and habitat for insects and wildlife outside the home.

Canada's Green Building Council has developed initiatives to promote environmentally responsible construction with benefits such as reducing green house gas emissions, pollution, energy and water consumption and increasing air quality, cost savings and carbon credits.  Green roof installations qualify for LEED building credits with the Canadian Green Building Council.

The photo on the left shows the commercial installation of sand over a protective liner. One of the difficulties with installing these protective liners is installing the sand on to the liner without damaging the liner. Conventional use of a skidsteer/bobcat does not work since the risk of tearing the liner is too great.

Our unique application eliminates the need to 'dump and shovel', instead its delivered in place.  Blow aggregate materials behind retaining walls, in drainage ditches, into indoor gardens or up 4 stories or more for rooftop terraces.
